Capital for a Day in Rathdrum, ID December 17, 2008
Mayor Vic Holmes welcomes Governor Otter and members of his Cabinet to Rathdrum, which was proclaimed Capital for a Day for December 17th.	Governor Otter accepts a gift from the City of Rathdrum, presented by youth in the town.
State agency directors and senior agency staff from the region introduce themselves to a crowd of nearly 100 at the start of Capital for a Day in Rathdrum.	Governor Otter and Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Luna stand with the Lakeland High School choir, who performed Christmas carols at a no-host luncheon prepared by the Lakeland School District.
