Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter unveils his transportation funding package on the steps of the Capital Annex. The Governor spoke moments after the
Idaho House Transportation Committee voted unanimously to print all five of the Governor’s road funding bills. Those bills are designed to raise about $174 million
over five years in new revenue for Idaho roads.

February 27, 2009 - Capital for a Day - Wendell

Wendell Mayor Rick Cowen holds up the proclamation, just signed
by Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter, designating Wendell, Idaho
as "Capital for a Day" for Friday, February 27th, 2009.
The Governor addresses a full lunch room at Wendell High School during the lunch break at "Capital for a Day".  Wendell High School hosted the day's events.
