The three former Governors serve on that committee and met briefly in Governor Otter’s office prior to their first official meeting. The bipartisan panel will provide analysis to Governor Otter on the use of federal stimulus funds. As established by Executive Order, the Stimulus Executive Committee will provide its findings and non-binding recommendations to the Governor no later than close of business on March 19, 2009.
