2011 Enacted Legislation
Every legislative session Governor Otter considers hundreds of bills passed by the Idaho Legislature. During the 2011 legislative session, Governor Otter signed most of the bills but allowed some to become law without his signature and vetoed one bill. Sometimes an explanatory letter accompanies a bill the Governor signs or does not sign.
